As of 4:02pm yesterday, February 22, it was announced that the GotSport system is not expected to be operational until next week. GotSport is the national database that houses all of the player and coach information and how we schedule games and communicate with you. The server had a critical error and they are having to put the data back together again. They have assured us that no data has been lost or hacked in this process. If you would like to read an update directly from them you can do so here. Unfortunately, we are unable to move forward with the season, until this problem is resolved.
The board met last night and we decided to postpone the start of the season for most of our teams. This means that our first games will be
- March 4 for U5/U6, U7/U8, and the U12 girls.
- March 11th for U9/U10 and U12 boys.
This will also mean that we will have games on Easter weekend, April 8. We realize this is not ideal, but it is the best we can do under the circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, but the change is unavoidable at this time.
