Mission
The Surge Traveling Program’s mission is to promote quality soccer and continued competitive experience for players who have more commitment to traveling, being competitively challenged on the field and want to continue playing soccer beyond in house or recreational game play. Every team, player, and coach will commit to the values of Having fun and Good Sportsmanship!

Coaches
As Surge Soccer Club does not at this time pay trainers or coaches, and as we continue to grow and expand our select offerings it has become necessary for us to create a criteria for selecting which coaches will be chosen to coach our competitive teams. Should it be the case that there are more than one coach desiring to coach select teams for any age group and gender, these criteria will be employed and followed in priority order.
- Endorsement of the Age Group Commissioner or two other same age group coaches
- Years of coaching with the club
- Documented history with the club (if any)
- Attained coaching licenses
- Involvement in the larger success and programs of the club
- Executive Board get the deciding vote
