Age Divisions

What does the “U” mean when talking about age groups, like U5 or U8, etc.?

“U” stands for “under.” So if your player was born in 2019, they will be in the U6 age division.

Equipment

Shinguard are a must! Kids may not practice or play games without them. Period. This is a safety concern for your children, and we take it very seriously.

We expect every player to have their own ball. Coaches will be provided with a set of balls for games, and practice if you forget yours. But you should plan to own one and bring it to practice.
